Silence Invisible Woman......

TRIGGER WARNING - Surgery and Period Talk I am really struggling with what to write here today so this post may be a little raw and less fun as some of my others LOL   If you don't want to hear about girls health issues, now is the time to leave! I had an experience that really mad me sad and then totally pissed me off!    Have you ever felt invisible? Have you ever met someone who is REALLY REALLY nice and doesn’t want you to worry so they blow a little smoke up your ass and on a good day you believe it and on a less good day you ignore it and let it annoy you a little and then there are days when like it REALLY PISSES YOU OFF….and you just want to scream FUCK YOU….Hear me don’t just listen to me! I don’t want to hear positivity and Pollyanna just because you don’t want to say the negative stuff or because you don’t want me to worry.   Tell me the truth and if you have some words of wisdom, support or positivity that can help, then that’s cool.

NABC 1997....a Trauma....a Lesson....a Joy

Possible Trigger Warning.....Trauma, Abuse and Death This is a weird and freeing post that contains an emotional breakthrough and information that may trigger you....no names used.   Now is the time to leave if you don't want to read that kind of post... Be Kind to Yourself - TMI Warning

I say it all the time....in fact, if you have been my friend for any length of time and gone through literally anything you have heard me tell you to be kind to yourself and to listen to your body or to not push yourself. Have you heard this idiom before?   Physician heal thyself.....it basically means  Take your own advice stupid!   So lets back it up a bit... As many of you know I had surgery on Tuesday, for those of you who don't....well I had surgery on Tuesday!  Here is your warning if you want to bail now.....TMI is about to ensue.  The surgery went fine, though not as planned and today I pushed myself too hard....so there is your synopsis bail now..... Okay...so if you are still here, you must want the dirty details so here you go! I was to go on in on Tuesday to have two small Cysts removed from my ovaries, then remove my fallopian tubes to reduce the likelihood of cancer later down the road.   They were also going to do an endometrial ablation to

PRODUCT REVIEW - The Sash Bag

I am sure you have seen the ads on Facebook and Instagram, I know I had seen enough of them before I took the plunge.   “Rule the World, Hands-Free” they say, it’s a cross body purse but better!  You see celebrities like Geena Davis, Alyssa Milano and even some of your favourite bachelorette’s are using it.  So what makes it different from the 600 other cross body bags you can find out there?   Well, let me tell you! This bag lays completely flat against your body, wraps around your hip, and has strategically placed pockets to ensure that you can still carry all the important things!  The magic is that the center portion is empty so that it lays flat (slightly stiff when it first gets there but then the fabric/leather relaxes) Here is a picture of Me in my sash bag ….and a much nicer picture of Jessica Hall in hers  As you can see my bag is full and still laying almost completely flat against my body, and the adjustable strap allows it to sit comfo
