People have been asking if I am stressed out...and I am not surprisingly. People have also been asking what is left to do and what we could use help with.
So here is the list of things I still need to do:
Get the dress altered (Rachel thinks she has someone)
Find the broach for the dress
Find the amazing hairpiece or cute little black hat with little black veil
Find more money LOL
Figure out how and where to get my hair done
Figure out how and where to get my nails and makeup done
Meet with Raya about the food
Do up a list of photographs for Kirsten
Find out how and where to get all my underclothes, before I do the dress
Figure out what to do now regarding the honeymoon
Start packing up the house!
Find someone with a pick up that will help us do a dump/recycling run so we can pack up the house and have a place to put boxes!
Kiss my honey!
Get the ball rolling on counselling!
Chris is working on the ring, the suit, the pastor and the marriage licence!
We are really excited about moving into the new house…we are saving our pennies for storage items (ie a cabinet in the bathroom, or closet system), backyard items (ie we want to get a bbq, a pool, some backyard furniture) , covers for our little couches, a new entertainment stand and the piece la resistance….we would like one of those amazing ottomans that has a cushion on one side and a tray on the other, so it can also double as our coffee table!
We are really looking forward to slowly building these things together as we build our life together and look forward to our own family.
We thank each and every one of you for support us and we are sorry if we haven’t be able to invite everyone to the wedding. We will be hosting a party to celebrate Tanya and Andre’s new purchase, our housewarming and our wedding and any other celebrations people want to tack on! Have a birthday this summer…bring a cake and some friends….have an anniversary this summer…come on over and bring some champagne!

well hello.....excuse me if the spelling is bad, but im updating from my phone in the hotel! Today we slept in and went down for a lovely breakfast and then got ready to go and headed from our hotl down to the waterfront. we walked to the olympic park and then back up to the pier....then we stopped for a lovely peppermint twist mocha at starbucks! we continued on down the waterfront and decided to go to the aquarium.....we got a pic of nemo and dorie! then we went for a beer and grabbed a bus back to our hotel. We got ready for our dinner and got a cab to take us to Cafe Campagne. we had an amazing three course dinner with lovely wine pairings and a lovely chocolate Digestif. Chris wanted to go for another walk.....so we headed down to the park, once there he looked me ddep in the eyes and told me how much he loved me....then he dropped to one knee and produced the lovely mahogany ring box....he asked me if i would make him the happiest man on earth and be his wife. you know me....
