Its been a while

I cant barely believe its been so long since I last wrote! Life has been screaming past at an alarming rate!

Its only 151 days until the wedding...can you believe it? Things are rolling along nicely. We are getting married on July 25th....invites should be going out asap! Im sorry we cant have everyone come!

We are getting married at the Alibi room and i was so excited about the awesome venue i forgot to consider the fact that my little brother cant come! Good thing hes 10 and could care less!

Work is going well, insanely busy but always interesting. Brownies is tons of fun and getting pretty busy as i seem to be doing it all on my own! Anyone want to join Brownies with me? Choir is phenomenal....our last concert rocked the roof right off!

School is very interesting...i had an epiphany the other day. I did not need to study very hard before....and i seem to really be struggling now....well before i was attending school full time so i was totally committed to school. Now i am torn in 8 different directions!

I need someone to sponsor me 24 thousand per year.....so i can make all my bills etc and then i can afford to take educational leave and go back and just finish my degree....woshful thinking huh? i guess one day i might win the lottery and then i can do it lol!

Oh well im almost at work i should wrap this up! Hopefully i will see you all soon! We should have a geekette party soon....

It had been a while! Thanks for the update. Exciting about the wedding. Where is the Alibi room? Sorry, I missed the 48 million jackpot in the 649 so can't help you out with the 24,000/year. :)

Silence Invisible Woman......

TRIGGER WARNING - Surgery and Period Talk I am really struggling with what to write here today so this post may be a little raw and less fun as some of my others LOL   If you don't want to hear about girls health issues, now is the time to leave! I had an experience that really mad me sad and then totally pissed me off!    Have you ever felt invisible? Have you ever met someone who is REALLY REALLY nice and doesn’t want you to worry so they blow a little smoke up your ass and on a good day you believe it and on a less good day you ignore it and let it annoy you a little and then there are days when like it REALLY PISSES YOU OFF….and you just want to scream FUCK YOU….Hear me don’t just listen to me! I don’t want to hear positivity and Pollyanna just because you don’t want to say the negative stuff or because you don’t want me to worry.   Tell me the truth and if you have some words of wisdom, support or positivity that can help,...

I said yes.....

well hello.....excuse me if the spelling is bad, but im updating from my phone in the hotel! Today we slept in and went down for a lovely breakfast and then got ready to go and headed from our hotl down to the waterfront. we walked to the olympic park and then back up to the pier....then we stopped for a lovely peppermint twist mocha at starbucks! we continued on down the waterfront and decided to go to the aquarium.....we got a pic of nemo and dorie! then we went for a beer and grabbed a bus back to our hotel. We got ready for our dinner and got a cab to take us to Cafe Campagne. we had an amazing three course dinner with lovely wine pairings and a lovely chocolate Digestif. Chris wanted to go for another walk.....so we headed down to the park, once there he looked me ddep in the eyes and told me how much he loved me....then he dropped to one knee and produced the lovely mahogany ring box....he asked me if i would make him the happiest man on earth and be his wife. you know me....

Tornado no longer?

Hey Y’all Thought it was time for an update as it’s been a bit of a storm since I last updated everyone!    As you all know (all 3 of you who read this LOL) the last two years has really been a journey for me to get my physical, mental and spiritual self healthy.    I have been working very slowly on creating better habits, moving more, eating better, reading more, forgiving more, finding gratitude etc….you know all the good things. I have been feeling physically amazing since the surgery, I barely remembered what a day without pain felt like and now most of my days are pain free.     I knew that I would experience some changes once my hormones were not all over the place and my body wasn’t in fight or flight every single moment of every day!     However, I wasn’t really ready for the rollercoaster that has come. On the plus side, I do not need all of the iron, vitamins and supplements I was taking just to be able to drag my ...
