A Revolution

Quite some time ago Chris and I attended the Financial Peace University with The Baron and The Baroness.   We have been slowly working on "living like no one else" so that one day we can live like no one else!

We were headed in a pretty good direction and Chris was almost debt free before he lost his job.   We were able to move and reduce our rent, and have tried really hard to stick to our budget.   We both have our 1000 we can access in an emergency, and our slowly slowly chipping away at the debt snowball.

Things have been tight, but not so tight that we can't even leave the house, but tight enough that we are not really getting ahead or making any progress on my large bills (student loans).   We do alot of bargain shopping and second hand shopping when we need stuff, but we dont really care about that!

The other day I noticed quite a few people I know talking about this Coupon Class....I was intrigued, what is this.  Then I saw the results of their shopping trips!   HOLY COW....10 boxes of cereal for 11 bucks, a table full of toiletries and it all cost 16 bucks...she had a savings of 109 dollars!!!!!!!!    I started to google and found the class and a blog and this leads me to all sorts of stuff.   Why not, there is free stuff for the grabbing all over the place, you just have to look.

We even changed our cereal choice so that we could get a free movie ticket.....we were looking for the one with free milk on it but they didnt have it.      I also joined another site and they are going to send me free products in exchange for free word of mouth advertising.

I am going to have the coupon class here on a friday night, want to come?

I may just have to start calling her the Fuck-Uterus.   If you want to catch up on the saga of the not-so-cuterus, you can read these posts: https://taradaisy.blogspot.com/2019/06/be-kind-to-yourself-tmi-warning.html and https://taradaisy.blogspot.com/2019/08/silence-invisible-woman.html I decided to call the doctor about 2 months ago after bleeding for 9 days, I had what I like to call the shining... Every hour I bled through a super plus tampon and  pair of heavy flow Knix underwear (that's 8 tampons worth folks) and a pair of pants for approximately 26 hours.   Here is where the TMI gets gross people.... for each of those hours I pa...

Silence Invisible Woman......

TRIGGER WARNING - Surgery and Period Talk I am really struggling with what to write here today so this post may be a little raw and less fun as some of my others LOL   If you don't want to hear about girls health issues, now is the time to leave! I had an experience that really mad me sad and then totally pissed me off!    Have you ever felt invisible? Have you ever met someone who is REALLY REALLY nice and doesn’t want you to worry so they blow a little smoke up your ass and on a good day you believe it and on a less good day you ignore it and let it annoy you a little and then there are days when like it REALLY PISSES YOU OFF….and you just want to scream FUCK YOU….Hear me don’t just listen to me! I don’t want to hear positivity and Pollyanna just because you don’t want to say the negative stuff or because you don’t want me to worry.   Tell me the truth and if you have some words of wisdom, support or positivity that can help,...
